My cartridge isn't working. What should I do?
Before using your ink cartridges, please store them in a "standing up" position for 24 hours. This allows any shifts in ink to settle back into place that occurred during the shipping process. Make sure that the yellow sticker on top of the ink cartridge has been removed. Please do at least 3 head cleanings, and/or physically inspect the heads for any clots. Sometimes air bubbles can occur within the cartridge during shipping. You may try tapping the ink cartridge on a hard surface to redistribute the ink within the cartridge.
